The residences at 303 Third Street will offer homes in a community alive with intellectual curiosity, camaraderie, creativity and the free and open exchange of ideas. This community was conceived and has been designed for those who love the academic life; that familiar network of friends and colleagues whose focus is teaching, learning communication and research.
MIT President Emeritus Paul Gray along with eight colleagues from MIT and Harvard University had the inspiration and vision to create this unique community where residents will live in an environment of ideas and innovation. University Residential Communities, (URC), at 303 Third Street in Cambridge is the result of that vision; a multi-generational Cooperative community located in Kendall Square
in Cambridge.
Homes at URC at 303 Third Street are offered exclusively to faculty, staff, administration, alumni and others currently or formerly affiliated with MIT, Harvard University or Massachusetts General Hospital.
